What It Shows

The Client Overview is the entry point into the AI Search module. It shows a ranked list of all NKP clients tracked in the pipeline, with their composite visibility score, query coverage, and a trend sparkline.

Metrics per client row:

  • Visibility score (0–100) — weighted average across all tracked queries and both models
  • Query coverage — how many of the client's tracked queries returned any brand mention
  • ChatGPT score — GPT-4o visibility score independently
  • Gemini score — Gemini visibility score independently
  • 7-day trend — direction arrow based on last two weekly scores

Score Interpretation

Scores above 70 indicate strong AI search presence — the brand consistently appears in responses for its targeted queries. Scores below 30 suggest the brand is rarely mentioned and likely being displaced by competitors or generic responses.

The split between ChatGPT and Gemini scores is often asymmetric: some brands rank well in one model but poorly in the other, typically due to training data differences or domain authority signals each model weights differently.

Typical Use Cases

Account managers review this dashboard weekly to identify:

  • Clients whose AI visibility dropped 10+ points (triggers an alert)
  • Clients outperforming competitors in AI results (potential case study or upsell)
  • Clients with high Google rankings but low AI visibility — a common gap worth addressing in quarterly reviews
