What It Shows

The Gemini results view mirrors the ChatGPT results view but shows responses from Google's Gemini model. The same query library is run against both models weekly, enabling direct comparison of brand visibility across AI platforms.

Model Differences

Gemini and ChatGPT produce meaningfully different responses for the same medical/aesthetic queries:

  • Gemini tends to reference more localized, Google-indexed sources — it often surfaces Google Business Profile data and review sites, which benefits clients with strong local SEO
  • ChatGPT draws more heavily from web crawl training data and is more likely to reference brands seen in authoritative health and medical publications

Clients with strong local Google presence often score higher in Gemini. Clients with national brand recognition and press coverage often score higher in ChatGPT.

Cross-Model Comparison

The query-level view shows ChatGPT score and Gemini score side-by-side for each query. A large gap between the two (e.g. 80 in ChatGPT vs. 20 in Gemini) indicates asymmetric presence — useful for guiding what type of visibility work to recommend to the client.
