Aggregate GBP performance metrics across all client locations — impressions, searches, calls, and direction requests.

What It Shows
Portfolio Analytics aggregates Google Business Profile performance data from all connected NKP client locations into a single dashboard. This is the portfolio-level view for understanding how clients' GBP presence is performing collectively.
Key metrics aggregated:
- Business impressions — how many times profiles appeared in search results or maps
- Search queries — branded vs. discovery (direct vs. indirect searches)
- Website clicks — visits driven from GBP to the client's website
- Phone calls — tap-to-call actions from GBP
- Direction requests — users requesting directions to the location
Data Source
Metrics are pulled from the Google Business Profile API (locations.getDailyMetrics) for each connected location and stored in BigQuery. Data is refreshed daily.
The API provides metrics for the last 18 months. Portfolio-level aggregation sums across all locations for the selected date range.
Portfolio Benchmarking
The portfolio analytics view is most useful for identifying macro trends across the NKP client base:
- Are total call actions growing or declining quarter-over-quarter?
- Is discovery search (non-branded) increasing, indicating improved local SEO?
- Which metrics dropped after a Google Maps update or algorithm change?
Individual location performance is analyzed in the Location Performance view.
